DODGERS!!!

On our trip to California David took the boys and I to our first Dodgers game! We had a great time! It was crazy driving there straight from our hotel in Las Vegas but we made it in plenty of time to walk around and play a little before the game started.

They had these giant bobble heads places around. I couldn't believe their heads really moved!

Savai'i was soooo happy to be out of the car! Everyone but Kai was dressed for the game so he first thing we did was buy Kai a shirt so he could cheer for the Dodgers with the rest of us.
Then it was time to let the boys play and get out all the energy they stored up in the car.

Then I had to check out the field. It was my first time being to a professional baseball game.
This place was huge!
Just the beginning of the parking lot. I don't think you can even see our car form here...
Some of the designs around the stadium were pretty cool

I really liked this pig for some reason...

The boys found another playground to play on

They all thought this was a cool toy!

Their first request for game treats was nachos, classic.
I think Savai'i was getting bored of waiting for the game to start
Father and Son cheering the Dodgers. Bleed Blue!
Kai and Tai enjoyed their ice cream and were excited to keep the helmets after they were done.

Oh yeah... we are so cool.
Vai slept for most of the game...

 Perspective.

I was excited the Dodgers were playing the Nationals so I could see Bryce Harper play!

I took the boys back out to play during the sixth and seventh innings. Its hard for little boys to sit still for very long. Especially when they know there's a cool playground just a few feet away.

Of course, while I was gone was when most of the action happened. I missed Bryce Harper hitting a home run, but that's ok because I was having fun with my boys.

This is where I spent half the game, in the family restroom nursing Savai'i. The boys came with me one time to get out of the sun.

I was ready to go at this point (the Dodgers were playing the tenth inning)
Poor Tai didn't last much longer than the tenth inning either.
Here we are in the twelfth inning, just before we decided to go. Nine innings was the max for the boys, plus we still had a drive ahead of us.
Savai'i needed a change and the rest of us needed dinner so we made a stop at BJ's in San Bernardino
The perfect end to any fun family day....a Pazookie. Yum!
