Normally Kai will go to preschool while I am at work. There will be some days I will take him on my days off and on those days I get some great one-on-one time with my "mane" man TJ :) So Wednesday I decided we needed to walk up the Provo Canyon trail. We didn't make it up too far but we had a good time and I got a small work out in so it felt great for body and heart.
Provo Canyon is naturally beautiful and that mountain is my next goal to conquer!

Then we found a park and of course he goes for the ladder he can't do on his own quite yet
